Deer Valley II Self Storage is located in the center of a mixed use residential and business/industrial area, next to a major freeway exchange. We have self storage units ranging in size from 5×5 up to 10×30. We also have climate controlled units ranging in size from 5×5 to 10×10. Additionally we maintain outdoor, uncovered RV/Boat/Truck parking spots in either a 9×20 or 11×30 size.
Easy Access Self Storage Units
All self storage units are on one level and most are drive up units. We have large, easy to navigate aisles that are well lit and wide enough so you can park your car or truck at your unit and still leave plenty of room for others to get by. Our aisles are also semi truck friendly.
This location has one entry and exit gate located at the front of the property. A personalized gate code is needed to enter and exit the facility. All entry and exit into the facility is recorded both by our gate software as well as by our video cameras.RV and Boat Storage Units
The facility offers free cold bottled water and the resident managers of Deer Valley II Self Storage are here to offer assistance with your self storage, RV storage and boat storage needs in the North Valley.
